FISHING LICENSES

If you are planning to fish while on any trip, you must purchase an Idaho fishing license and carry this on your person while dong so.

This is your responsibility and may be purchased locally from a number of vendors. If you have any questions regarding cost, please contact us.

RESERVATIONS

Trip reservations may be made by telephone, fax or email. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your dates. If this is not received within 7 working days, your dates will then become available on a first come, first serve basis. Payments may be made in the form of cashier's check, money order, VISA, MasterCard or Discover. Personal checks must be pre-approved. Your balance will be payable prior to or upon arrival in Challis. Group Discounts available.

CONFIRMATION PACKET

Upon receipt of your trip deposit, a complete contract package will be sent to your for completion and your signature. The contract specifically describes the service you have purchased, the dates, what is included, what is not included, the price, the deposit made and balance due. Also included is a trip registration form which includes questions regarding your health. This must be completed in order to participate. Also included is an acknowledgment of risk form. A specific list of what-to-bring for that activity will also be included.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the compressed nature of our spring/summer seasons of operation, we are not able to refund deposits or final payments. But, we do understand emergencies can occur. In such cases, we will refund your deposit if you cancel by phone or email 90 days in advance of your trip dates. NO REFUND SHALL BE MADE ON TRIPS CONFIRMED OR CANCELLED WITH LESS THAN 90 DAYS NOTICE. However, in either case you have the option to transfer your deposit and trip commitment to another party. If you are concerned about the possibility of having to cancel your trip, we suggest that you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Check with your local travel agent. This will ensure that you do not forfeit any monies you have paid to White Cloud Outfitters.

LIABILITY, SAFETY AND YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

We make every effort to ensure that your trip is enjoyable and safe. Your guide will give you instructions before and during your trip. It is important that you listen and follow these instructions. During your trip, you will assume the responsibility for many decisions that could affect your safety. Some activities can be physically demanding with inherent elements of risk that are beyond our control. White Cloud Outfitters is not a medical facility. Hospital facilities are not readily available. (Emergency clinics available in Challis and Stanley). But, evacuation can be prolonged, difficult and expensive. We do not assume liability for personal injury or death. All participation is at your own risk. Different types of trips require varying degrees of fitness. We are not qualified to evaluate your fitness regarding your participation in the activities we offer. If you are overweight or in poor physical health condition, you should consult your physician before booking your trip.
